Training new sales team members, assigning specific tasks to other sales team members and monitoring the team’s sales performance.
Solving customer complaints and answering customers’ questions.
Writing reports. (giving daily, weekly and monthly reports to Teamhead about sales revenue, team performance, future plans & improvement areas )
