Responsibilities
  • Training new sales team members, assigning specific tasks to other sales team members and monitoring the team’s sales performance.
  • Solving customer complaints and answering customers’ questions. Writing reports. (giving daily, weekly and monthly reports to Teamhead about sales revenue, team performance, future plans & improvement areas )
  • Maintaining positive & healthy customer relations

  • Experience in sales is necessary.
